Founded by George High on the principles of service, trust, and community, the agency has served generations of families and businesses. In 1982, Jeffrey Rubish joined George, and their partnership gave rise to High and Rubish Insurance—a firm built on integrity and personal relationships.
After more than 40 years of dedicated service, Jeffrey Rubish is transitioning the agency’s leadership to the next generation. We are proud to announce that Christopher Rubish will assume the role of President.
Christopher joined the firm in 2008 and has advanced through the ranks with a deep understanding of both the business and its values. Since 2015, he has served as Vice President and Operations Manager, modernizing operations while maintaining the agency’s client-first approach. In recent years, he has taken on increasing leadership responsibilities as Jeffrey steps back to enjoy more personal time.
