Laura moved with her family from Rhode Island to North Carolina, joining the High and Rubish Agency in June 2017. She has been in the insurance industry since 2016 and has earned her CBIA designation. Prior to working in insurance, she sold Calamari up north and swears by the quality of northeastern seafood.
Laura is married with two kids, a yellow lab, Rhett and a calico cat, Noodle. Her two favorite movies are Sweet Home Alabama and Hocus Pocus. Laura loves the beach but wants to retire to the mountains (she loves the snow). Her favorite holiday is Thanksgiving, and she loves Apple Pie. Laura has spent time performing in the theater and one of her favorite past times is going to see shows. Laura hopes to someday travel and get on a plane, conquer her fear of flying, and go to Paris and Italy. One fun fact about Laura is that she has parachuted from a hot air balloon.
